This is the basic outline of travel experience. We do customization as per the needs of every guest if required. Our experiences are designed not to take you as an observer, but to get you involved hands on and experience the place like a local.

Although Ladakh is a touristy place, this trail will take you to offbeat places also which will give you a wonderful experience of authentic Ladakhi culture. Village life and Changtang plateau in western and northern Tibet are main highlights of this tour. Part of Changtang plateau falls in Indian territory of Ladakh with vast highlands and giant blue lakes. Changtang is home to the Changpa people who are the indigenous nomadic pastorals.
Day 1 - 3: Village Life Experience After arrival in Leh by flight, drive to and stop overnight at some of the greenest and beautiful villages with a panoramic view of Leh Valley, Stok mountain range and Indus river. Experience traditional Ladakhi welcome. Take it slow for your body to acclimatize to the change in air pressure and altitude. Meals will be arranged as picnic on banks of river Indus. Check out the Indus river, organic farming and other agricultural activities before dinner invite from a Ladakhi family. During the next few days, visit Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pather Sahib, funny Magnetic hill, confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers, and Alchi monastery. In Sham Valley, we recommend that you join the local families for the daily chores of feeding and milking the cows, cooking and farming amidst beautiful fields, water-mills and apricot trees. -- Day 4 & 5: Changtang Today we embark on the journey of nomadic trail with Changpa people. The nomads of Changthang have a distinct and seasonal migration pattern and we will make our base depending upon their location. By evening when the herders return, you can witness the art of enclosing the goats in their pens and various activities of identifying missing goats and their foals, milking of goats and shearing of Pashmina wool. Check out the beautiful Tsokar lake and have a lunch picnic there with glimpses of endangered Black Neck Crane and other wildlife. -- Day 6 - 8: The adventure trail & Leh Say goodbye to the nomads on their grazing trail and be ready for a hike. Before we arrive in Leh, we hike from the grazing trails of Changtang to lower altitude settlements. After a long hike, get cozy in your house with Ladakhi family. Check out the Palam Caves and the monastery and old flag laden Palam bridge. Visit local organizations promoting distinct cultural heritage and arts of Ladakh.
