India’s Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur) is one of the main preferences for first-time visitors to India. But it is the way you experience it that makes all the difference.
On this tour of the Golden Triangle, you experience not only the main monuments but also those hidden secrets about the three cities that tell the entire story behind their history and current society. For example, it is incomplete to see the Taj Mahal itself without a storytelling tour of old Agra and its artisans, and a visit to the vibrant markets, as locals do. You can choose from a range of activities within the ethos of sustainability and customize your tour of the Golden Triangle.
Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi

We receive you at the Delhi airport or railway station with a warm welcome. Your next few days will be with a wonderful host family in central Delhi.
The Delhi city experience includes a guided storytelling tour of Old Delhi. The highlights of this tour are tasting some of the local delicacies (sweet, sour, and spicy) and taking a peek into the busy markets of jewels, paper, cloth, and spices. Learn about the lives of Jain and Sikh merchants who once thrived in the old town.
Visit the President’s palace, India Gate, and the tomb of Humayun or Qutub Minar, followed by a sumptuous lunch of North Indian dishes. Visit Delhi’s traditional artisan markets and end the day with tea at one of the very charming tea houses.
Optional add-ons:

We depart early morning for Agra via the beautiful Delhi-Agra expressway. Your stay in Agra is with another local family.
Visit the Taj Mahal and know about not only the well-known love story but also how a power tussle influenced the monument. Know the stories behind the masons and master craftsmen who were behind the architecture of the Taj Mahal. Visit the descendants of these artisans and see them at work.
After the Taj Mahal, we go for a tour of Agra Fort and the busy streets of old Agra.
